  • All content provided in the portal is for the sole purpose of facilitating your real estate transaction and should not be used for any other purpose.
  • Modification, reverse-engineering, or misuse of any features of the portal is not permitted.

3. Accuracy of Information

  • We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in your portal. However, transaction details may change and are subject to verification.
  • You are encouraged to verify the accuracy of any documents or updates with your assigned real estate professional or transaction coordinator.

4. Confidentiality

  • All documents, updates, and communication within the portal are confidential and should not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the completion of your transaction.
  • We maintain the confidentiality of your transaction information in accordance with our privacy policy, but we are not responsible for any unauthorized access that occurs due to user negligence.
